By entering into this agreement to use a ENR award logo, you confirm that your company is an honoree of a ENR award list and agree to pay the applicable licensing fees for the specific usage rights selected and purchased.

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to reproduce the contracted logo(s) solely in the materials and media corresponding to the usage categories purchased. All use must comply with these guidelines.

The logo(s) may not be altered, modified, or used in any way that changes their appearance or misrepresents the award recognition. Any use beyond the scope of the purchased usage rights, or failure to comply with these guidelines, constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

This Agreement is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase. Continued use beyond that term requires renewal of the license.
